ANNOUNCEMENT OF INCIDENTS F0 AT SAIGON PAPER FACTORY

Dear customers and partners of Saigon Paper Joint Stock Company

First of all, Saigon Paper Joint Stock Company (“Company“) would like to send our sincere thanks to our customers and partners for always trusting, supporting our products, and always cooperating and supporting the Company. us all this time.

On September 29, 2021, a few cases testing positive for COVID-19 were discovered at the employee apartment building (located separately from the factory campus) and the Company’s factory. On the same day, the People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province also issued official dispatch No. 4111/UBND-VP requesting the factory to temporarily stop operating to control and prevent the epidemic from spreading to the community.

With the spirit of upholding the law and always being responsible to society and the community, Saigon Paper Joint Stock Company is actively, urgently and seriously coordinating with relevant agencies, taking measures such as:

Conduct F1 and F2 tracing of cases; Closely coordinate with local authorities to send patients for treatment and F1 cases to centralized quarantine according to regulations;

Spray disinfectant throughout the factory.

Regardless of this situation, the quality of our Company’s products is always strictly controlled; Therefore, customers and partners can completely trust in the safety of the Company’s products.

During the factory’s temporary shutdown, production and import-export activities will also be suspended, affecting transactions between the Company and customers and partners; Delays and omissions are unavoidable. Therefore, we hope that our customers will understand and continue to support and accompany our Company in the coming time.
