SAIGON PAPER JOINT STOCK COMPANY (“SGP”) manages social media (SNS) according to the policies below.

Before using SGP’s social media, please carefully read the terms of use specified below. Please do not use SGP social media if you cannot agree to these terms. We will assume that You have accepted all of the terms and conditions of use below when using SGP’s social media.

1.SGP Basic Policy on the Use of Social Media

SGP will conduct promotions, communication activities, announcements and public relations activities, etc. on various social media with the aim of building better relationships with customers and social media participants.

3.Prevention

When using official SGP accounts, users may not post any of the content listed below. SGP is not responsible for any damages suffered by users as a result of users posting any of the following content:

Content intended to cause or incite crime;
Content that violates the copyright, trademark or other rights of SGP or a third party;
Third-party privacy-related content;
Content that violates laws, regulations or public order and morality;
Content that offends any specific person, including SGP, corporations, countries or communities;
Content that defames any SGP or third party product or service;
Content that introduces or advertises a user’s own products, stores or companies, or other commercial content;
Inappropriate content containing profanity, etc.;
Content that causes or may cause any disadvantage or damage to SGP or a third party; or
Any other content deemed inappropriate by SGP for the purposes of its official accounts.

5.Prohibited acts

Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following acts when using official SGP accounts. In case the user engages in any of the prohibited matters listed below, SGP may take necessary measures, including, but not limited to, deletion of posts/comments, blocking or delete the account or transmit the message in another way. In addition, if a user causes damage to SGP due to violation of these Regulations, SGP may request that user to compensate for damages:

Impersonate any third party, including SGP;
Political activities, political advocacy or religious activities;
Post or transmit a harmful computer program, etc.;
Copy, sell, publish or use information obtained through SGP official accounts beyond the scope of private use;
Interfere with the operation of SGP official accounts or act in a manner that causes or may cause any disadvantage or damage to third parties, including SGP;
Spamming;
Interfere with the use or access of other users;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to SGP’s network through password mining, sabotage or other means;
Upload or transmit, in any form, any content that the user does not have authority to release under law or under a fiduciary or contractual relationship; or
Other acts considered by SGP to be equivalent to those stated above.

6.Copyright, etc. in and to the posts

Copyright, etc. in and to a posting belongs to the user who made that posting, but the user, by posting it, is deemed to have granted SGP a worldwide, royalty-free, and royalty-free license to use it. exclusive rights (including processing, extraction, reproduction, publication and translation, etc.) of such posted content and have agreed not to exercise any copyright or moral rights of the author, etc. against SGP.

7. Social Network Terms of Use apply

SGP’s Social Media Terms of Use apply to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and governing law and jurisdiction to the extent not in conflict with these Terms of Use.
