First of all, Saigon Paper Corporation (the “Company”) would like to express our sincere thanks to our Customers and our Partners who have always trusted and supported us during the past time.

On September 29, 2021, a few cases with COVID-19 positive results were detected at the Company's apartment and factory. On the same day, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province also issued Official Letter No. 4111/UBND-VP requesting the factory to temporarily stop operating so that it could control and prevent the disease from spreading to the community.

In the spirit of respecting the law, always being responsible to society and the community, Saigon Paper Corporation is actively, urgently and seriously cooperating with relevant authorities, taking measures such as:

• Coordinate closely with local authorities to conduct tracing F1, F2 cases, take patients for treatment and take F1 cases to concentrated isolation according to regulations;
• Spray disinfectant throughout the factory.

Regardless of this situation, the quality of our products has been well controlled. Therefore, customers and partners can completely trust the quality of the company's products.

During the temporary shutdown of the factory, production, receipt and delivery activities will also be suspended, affecting the transactions between the Company and Customers/Partners; delays and omissions are unavoidable. Therefore, we hope that our Customers/ Partners will understand and continue to support and cooperate with our Company in the future.
