To implement the Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 32/2011/TT-BTC dated 14 March 2011 that guides the creation, issuance and use of e-invoices for goods sale and service provision, as well as to meet our desire for bringing customers the convenience of managing, storing, and looking up e-invoices, we would like to announce as below:

• From 15 October 2020, Saigon Paper Corporation starts to apply e-invoices.
• The e-invoice format is xml. E-invoices shall be transmitted and sent to buyers' designated email address prior-advised by buyers.
• Buyers can visit www.xuathoadon.com.vn, which is included in each e-invoice to serve for the purpose of lookup.
